VHEMBE BIBLE SCHOOL. NATIONS UNIVERSITY. WE GIVE GOD THE GLORY.

It is a dream come true. Yes the School in Venda is now officially completed and school is in. As you can see the preferred name is Vhembe Bible School. Vhembe meaning "the region". This school is on the same property as the Tshidimbini Church of Christ. GCM funded the project and the eldership will oversee the school. The Nations University Curriculum will be used. There are 15 students attending the first semester. Brother O'Brien Malindi will be the acting director. He is a shaker and maker in South Africa. We need to thank the Elders and Brother Malindi for working with us in this regard. GOD IS GOOD. Now Gospel Chariot Missions can move on and try get another campus up and running. Jesus came to seek and save the lost. That's what our mission needs to be. Thank you to all who helped make this happen.......Amen

The Chariots are in Malawi and Swaziland respectively. Read about it in our next update. Very, Very Exciting!

Above shows the first intake of students at the Bible School in Venda. These students will study and stay at the school for 4 months. When they are finished, they can continue with the University through the internet.

Above shows William from the Cape area arriving for school. As you can see the building is painted now. It has 5 rooms on one side and 5 on the other. With a courtyard in the middle. I really love the courtyard setup.

Some of the students sweeping. All students assist with some of the cleaning that needs to take place around the sleeping quarters as well as the kitchen and bathrooms.

Lazarus Munetsi from our Pretoria office doing some of the teaching. Lazarus is assisting the Venda brethren with how to teach using the Nations University Curriculum.

Above shows brother O'Brien Malindi having some time with the students. Brother Malinidi is a very well respected leader in the brotherhood. He has preached for many years.

One cannot study without food. As students come to the school, all their meals are prepared by a sister in the Church. This way students need not worry about cooking for themselves.

Students enjoying a meal together.

One cannot study without sleep. Look at the lovely new beds complete with bedding and curtaining. The ladies in the congregation helped us in this regard.

More food. Some of the students eating with some of the leaders in the congregation

Sunday morning worship at the Tshidimbini Church of Christ can attract hundreds of worshipers. 700-800 with children and youth. The school is situated next to this Church building

This congregation has outgrown their building. They are now in the process of building a new auditorium that will seat over 800. God Bless Tshidimbini.

Students relaxing in the courtyard having a little fun. Getting to know each other.

Above shows another shaker and maker in the Church of Christ here in South Africa. He is Brother Tebogo Ramatsui from Pretoria. He was visiting Venda having a look at the school. Brother Tebogo has been involved with the Gospel Chariot Missions Pretoria office since its inception and that goes back some years. He is the most mission minded preacher in South Africa.

Above shows some of the students helping the elderly in the community. Helping to clean.
