HAVING FUN IN THE AFRICAN SUN

When one serves God, he is in essence having so much fun, because one sees God working and when you see God working, it is a whole lot of FUN. We are coming to the end of another Fun Filled year. Even the problems we were faced with, looking back, were not that bad. The team needs to be commended. To date so far this year there has been over 800 souls baptized and who knows how many restorations; and what about the evangelism and excitement this work has brought to different brethren in different areas in the Southern part of Africa. Some areas, as rural as they get. We, at Gospel Chariot Missions, are in the process of putting pen to paper regarding setting some new goals that will take us through 2020. How can we reach even more in the coming years? If you are reading this blog, PLEASE have a special prayer for us regarding our dreams for reaching more souls for Jesus.

MOZAMBIQUE AND MALAWI

Preach at times with the tent up

Preach at times having a open air under a tree in Africa

Or with some other shade in the market place

People are hungry to hear the word

When one hears and believes he will receive and be born again into Christ

At times Bibles are given out to those receiving Christ. These are souls in Mozambique receiving Portuguese Bibles. We don't always have Bibles due to the cost. This time we did.

VENDA SOUTH AFRICA

The Vhembe Bible School is up and running. Chariot 2 stopped off on its way back from Malawi and the students washed the tent. It is now being used following-up on new congregations, planted earlier this year with our other Chariot 1. Talk about team work.

The Bible School we built still has some teething problems. Brother Malindi is sorting out some sewerage problems with a heavy duty machine

DURBAN SOUTH AFRICA

Chariot 1 after working in Swaziland, headed back to Johannesburg, where 2 wheels were stolen. After replacing them, it headed to Natal where it worked in Illovo and Umkamaas. The Indian brethren has a feast. I mean, literally

As you can see. Yes, it is CURRY!

Gospel Chariot being used for good old fellowship and meet, greet and eat.

Gospel Chariot Missions' office in Durban, uses World Bible School very successfully. A number of brethren combined their efforts to make things happen. Seminars and studies take place often. Bibles are distributed, many doors are opened this way. Brother Sam and Paulos head it up.

More souls putting on Jesus in Natal

GARDEN ROUTE WESTERN CAPE

Look at this, some foundation being thrown opposite the Kwanukutulo Church of Christ in Plettenberg Bay. You can see the Church building in the background. Another short term Bible school being built. Would love to try house some orphans as well. Many doors are opening in the area because of this work.

Children in the community receiving soup from the soup kitchen

These are the young ladies behind the soup kitchen. They contribute some of the their own money to make this happen.

Offloading some of the ingredients for the soup

Some of our little ones at the Church. They are special, special.

We took the little one's over to Sedgfield for a games day one Saturday.

This month, we had a fellowship meal and invited some brethren from Mosselbay and George.

The food is so nice

The Hillview Church of Christ. This is my home congregation and proud of it.

Mosselbay Western Cape

These are Christians from Mosselbay we are encouraging to be one. They are from the Church of Christ Mission and now are searching the scriptures. They have also been communicating with the Church of Christ non-institutional. We are encouraging them to just be Christians.

Please pray for these brethren as they search the scriptures.
George Western Cape

As people study and see the truth they change and follow Christ and not man. We have been working with Jackson and Gladus for 2 years now. They have a congregation and day care center for children. This helps them support themselves.

Jackson loaned funds from the bank to build this Church building. Gospel Chariot Missions managed to help him put a roof on the building.

This is in the Thembalethu township in George

We even managed to get a baptistery built for souls to be baptized
